Our office is conveniently located on 311 Camden Street, Suite 309. Our friendly and efficient Front Office Staff will assist you to arrange an appointment that is most convenient. To schedule an appointment please call us at 210-225-8882.

Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 210-225-8882 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

Emergency please call 911 or go to nearest emergency room.

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
